Subprocessors and Connected Services
Last updated August 25, 2026
MatterLynx uses the providers below to operate the service. The data involved depends on the feature you use. Provider terms, locations, and their own subprocessors may change.
Service providers
- Vercel — website and application hosting, serverless processing, private upload staging, web analytics, and performance measurement.
- Neon — managed Postgres database for accounts, connections, operational records, and temporary job data.
- Clerk — sign-in, sessions, organization membership, legal acceptance, and assistant authorization.
- Sentry — scrubbed server error and reliability monitoring.
- Slack — private operational alerts and aggregate service reports intended to exclude case content.
- Resend — transactional and permitted marketing email delivery.
- Stripe — customer, subscription, invoice, and payment processing. MatterLynx does not store full card numbers.
Customer-directed connected services
Cliois the connected practice-management system and remains the system of record. MatterLynx sends requests to Clio using the signed-in user's authorization.
The AI assistant provider you select, such as ChatGPT or Claude, receives the instructions and information needed for your request. Its terms, privacy settings, retention, training choices, and subprocessors are separate from MatterLynx. Your firm is responsible for choosing an appropriate provider, plan, and configuration.
Website measurement
Meta receives limited website and waitlist measurement data for United States visitors when measurement is allowed. This may include a page URL, event time, hashed work email after a successful waitlist request, IP address, browser user agent, and Meta browser or click identifiers. It does not include waitlist answers, client data, matter data, or privileged text. Visitors can opt out through Your Privacy Choices or Global Privacy Control.

Questions and updates
MatterLynx may update this page when providers or service functions change. A provider listed here is not necessarily a legal subprocessor in every situation; Clio and your selected AI assistant are generally services your firm directs MatterLynx to connect.
